Seems criminal that I've never bothered to acknowledge how much of an impact your channel has had on me over the past year. I listen to your vids when I'm working from home, when I'm upstairs reading and when I'm in the kitchen washing up. Since discovering your channel I've checked out albums by Hughes/Thrall, Melissa Manchester and Utopia just to name a few. And as for that Plymouth Duster advert.... I've shown it to everyone I know. This is killer. I got into testament in middle school. My buddy picked up the ritual album and disliked it for some reason. I asked what they sounded like. He said a heaver satanic version of Metallica. I had two copies of ride the lightning for some reason so a trade was made. I popped it in my discman on the school bus and proceeded to loose my mind. This was in 95 or 96. Sometime after I was skating around town stoned off my ass I walked in a pawn shop. Back in those days junkies would bring CD's to the pawn shop. An unscrached popular album could get you 4 bucks. Albums were 15 to 20 dollar's each at the time. I was 15 and the guy running the shop was nowhere to be seen. So in the age before survalence everywhere I started taking any CD that's cover looked like a hard rock/ metal band. I got home and I had hit the motherload. I had helped myself to Souls of black, the legacy, return to the apocalyptic city, plus Slayers hell awaits and fist full of metal by Anthrax. I was as happy as a pig in shit. I had just picked up a nice sack of grass and six pack of tall cans. Good times, I feel bad for today's youth. Such an adventure in search of music would be impossible or rare to the extreme today.
